Outcome catalysts with over 50 years of combined experience in Health Care Systems

Dr. Will Daniel is a seasoned healthcare executive, currently serving as Vice President & Chief Quality Officer at UT Southwestern Medical Center, with a strong track record in leading quality improvement and clinically‑integrated networks across multi‑hospital systems. His experience in clinical leadership, operational execution, nationally recognized outcomes, and a Baldrige Executive Fellow makes him a trusted partner in moving strategy into sustained results.

Dr. John Brennan is a seasoned healthcare executive and physician leader, having served as CEO, CMO, and EVP across major health systems including, Inaugural CEO of the Joint Pediatric Enterprise between Children’s Health of Texas and UT Southwestern, Wellstar, and RWJBarnabas. He is currently an Adjunct Professor, teaching Health Care Management, at UT Southwestern's O’Donnell School of Public Health. A former U.S. Air Force officer and currently a Baldrige Executive Fellow and Examiner, he is known for integrating complex systems, improving clinical performance, and driving lasting cultural and operational change at scale.
